I started off with a humble hall. Proudly, I now have a portfolio of high class venues. That doesn't mean that I sit around smiling at myself in the office. I make every effort to liaise with all my clients. Each party/ celebration is a unique event; therefore, a different party solution is required. I enjoy interacting with both my clients’ as well as my staff. This hands on approach, is a very proud feature of my business.

The ideas and demands that my clients make, is one of the reasons as to why Shine Star has evolved over the years with industry.

Lights, Camera, Action! I have gained a vast experience in creating the appropriate mood for all types of different events. That might mean making sure that your guests can't help it, but get up and attack the dance floor. It could also mean making you look good in front of your prospective clients in a corporate event.

It's a cliché, but I really can say that no job is too small or too big for me to handle.

These are the people who will be serving and entertaining your guests. That makes them important! If your table needs an extra bottle of whiskey, or you would like your plate with no meat, our service staff are polite courteous and fast.

Indian, Greek, Continental, vegetarian. Our Chef does everything. Furthermore, he has been doing everything for over 7 years with us. We are very proud to have him and his team take care of all catering demands.
